Pet Waste Stations

Reporting Pet Waste / Pet Nuisance Problems

The City of Bowie Animal Control Department provided these resources regarding pet waste disposal and/or pet nuisance problems. There are options available to notify violators. For example, if the homeowner knows the address of the violator, Bowie will send them a letter. This is a non-enforcement action but will make the person aware of the policies on this issue. They also have an enforcement option, but it is more detailed and involves affidavits. In short, it is best for the homeowner to contact Animal Control Department.
