Clubhouse Rental Information

The clubhouse may be rented by residents of Collington Station and Collington Manor. General information on rental fees and capacity is listed below.

• The swimming pool and pool deck area are unavailable for use.
  Rental will be for the clubhouse only.
• Capacity: 100 (60 seated)
• Hourly Rental Fee: $150
• Sanitization Fee: $150 (included in all purchases)
• Security Deposit: $200 (included in all purchases)

Please make sure to check the calendar to make sure you are choosing an available rental date. A list of unavailable dates is also provided on the rental form.

Note: To rent the clubhouse, your community dues must be FULLY paid. You may pay your fees here.
